Arturo Duarte is the man with the vision. He was born in California, but has been an Austinite for 15 years. He started coaching over 10 years ago where he worked with teams and individuals to improve their technical skills and love for the game, through his private training, ICON. In 2018, he came to Liberty Hill as the Technical Director for the small town club. He has grown this program to what it is today by focusing on a specific style of soccer and being dedicated to each and every player who comes through this program. Arturo looks forward to the future and continuing to pass on his exceptional knowledge and opportunities to anyone who steps foot on the pitch at Liberty United.
ALEC BELLAMY

Alec has been with LHYSA for 4 years as a coach in our advanced development program and is currently pursuing his USSC C level license. Prior to joining LHYSA, Alec was an integral part of the Capital Area Youth Soccer Association and South Texas Youth Soccer Associations creation and implementation of competitions and leagues while obtaining his BS in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business Foundations.
For the Spring’23 season, Alec will be assisting our current Director, Arturo Duarte, with coaching curriculum, advanced development team structure and will spearhead the development of Liberty United’s Junior Academy for the upcoming Fall’23 season.
KEVIN FLEMING
Select Coach
USSF National D Licence
Kevin is originally from Northern Virginia but now resides in Leander, TX. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Sports Management from Radford University, where he also played on their D1 soccer program. Kevin has his USSF National D License in coaching. Kevin has an exceptional way of teaching athletes to play as a team and become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the pitch. He loves to coach all ages and watch his players improve every step of the way. Kevin spends his free time doing private training through ICON.
GABRIEL IACONO
Academy and Select Coach
FA Level 2
We’re lucky to have recruited Gabe Iacono when we did! Gabe is from Austin, and after spending 2 years in England playing for Richmond International University Academy, he came back home and started working with our Select Program. Gabe has a Bachelor's degree in International Sports Management, as well of having his FA Level 2 Coaching License (equivalent of a D license) and is a trainer at ICON. Gabe loves to work with our Academy players and help them learn to play at a faster paced, more technical game.
HANS PALDINI

We are so excited to be bringing Hans onto our team of coaches this year. Hans has a career as an educator and soccer coach. He will be moving to Liberty Hill in the fall from California. We know his years of knowledge and love for the game will help our players grow both on and off the field.
TRACER MOORE
Select Coach
7v7, 9v9, 11v11 Grassroots License
Tracer played soccer all through high school and was a midfielder for Howard Payne University. Tracer is originally from the Houston area, but has been in Austin for the past few years. Tracer has an amazing ability to get his athletes excited about the game and to give their 110% at every practice and game. Tracer is our 2012 Girls Academy coach. We look forward to watch him continue to develop these athletes.
MARK HOFFMAN

Licensed Referee
Coach Mark has 15+ years of coaching
in all ages. He has played soccer his whole life and enjoys passing along his knowledge to the next generation. Mark is currently coaching the 2011B White team, and the 2012B White Team.
