D4 $85 Cubs Co-Ed (2019)

D4 $85 Mini Panthers Boys and Girls (2017-2018)

D4 $95 Little Panthers Boys and Girls (2015-2016)

D4 $105 Jr Panthers Boys and Girls (2013-2014)

D4 $35 Cost of Uniform - D4 Players can wear their FALL 22 uniform or order one.

Division 3 (players born 2004-2012): Season fee $150.00 + cost of uniform

1/14 - D3/D4 $20 late fee applies to late registrations

1/20 - D3/D4 last day of late registration acceptance

2/11 - D4 Evaluations

5/13-5/14 - D3 CAYSA Spring Championship

D4= Birth Year 2019-2013 Recreational
D3= Birth Year 2012-2004 Recreational

IMPORTANT

LHYSA does NOT accept special requests for coaches, teammates* and/or practice nights. The only way you can guarantee your practice night is to coach a team. Volunteer coaches choose the practice night and time. (*exception is for siblings playing in the same age group)

LHYSA refund policy:

100% registration refund: If you request refund prior to player evaluations.

80% registration refund: If you request refund after player evaluations but before 1st practice.

0% registration refund: If you request refund after 1st practice.
